How is Lucky Chic different from a typical online sample sale?

At Lucky Chic, you place bids for the coveted, chic designer items and luxury brands that you want. This way, it's not just about being the first in line - everyone has a chance! Prices for all of our items start at zero ($0.00).

Each bid costs one Lucky Chip. So, get your Lucky Chips and start bidding! It takes just one Chip to win. 

How is Lucky Chic different from a typical online auction site?

Lucky Chic differs in a few important ways:

  • All merchandise we carry is brand new, and is guaranteed to be the authentic luxury brand that it promises to be.
  • We are directly responsible for your customer satisfaction, in all ways - from our dedicated Customer Care Staff, to the quality of the luxury merchandise at your doorstep.
  • When you place a bid for an item, up to 20 seconds more will be added to the auction clock. Think of this as the 'going, going, gone' of a real-life auction – so everyone has a fair chance to bid on the hot ticket items. When the clock hits 00:00:00, and you are the last person to place a bid, you win the rights to the item. Bid right, and you can win up to 98% off on even the most exclusive luxury items!

Sounds great. How do I become a Lucky Chic member?

First, you'll need to be invited to register! (hint: here's an invite.) Follow the simple steps and fill out the necessary information for your Lucky Chic profile, including your nickname, first and last name, and password choice. Then, press the Sign Up button.

You will then need to confirm your email account. Check your email account for our welcome and security message, and click the link found within this message from us. Your registration will be complete only when you confirm your email account. This confirmation step helps ensure your security when using our service.

If you've been invited by a friend to join Lucky Chic, please click on the link that they've emailed you, to reach the Lucky Chic registration page. This way, your friend will get the credit he or she deserves for signing you up.

I love Lucky Chic! How do I invite my friends?

One of the benefits to your Lucky Chic membership is that you can invite other friends to join.

Sign in to your account. Click on "My Home" to get to your account home page, and then click on "Invite Friends". From this page, you can send invitations to Lucky Chic. Give it a try!
