As CTO of TopButton.com and TheTopSecret.com, Michael has delivered impactful business solutions in multiple industries including e-commerce, media, advertising, fashion and luxury goods.

Michael has 25 years of Software / IT background including software design, development, system architecture, product development, information architecture analysis and design, business objects, relational architecture, front-end, database as well as middleware.

Consulting for Fortune 50 companies, Michael ran for five years analysis, architecture, design and development for many trading floor systems on the New York Stock Exchange.

Mike enjoys theoretical physics, bodybuilding and Latin dancing.

Lia Giachino

Lia is a Bergen County, NJ native and graduate from the University of Rhode Island with a B.A in Communications and Public Relations. She has worked in sales and marketing for large-scale expo events, on her University’s social media strategies team, as well as in the public relations department at the InterContinental New York Barclay Hotel and is focused to continue a successful career with in the industry. She’s a huge Yankee fan and in her free time loves going to concerts with friends and enjoys working out, whether its yoga, hiking or going for a run and has a passion for cooking.

Maria Johnsen

Maria grew up in Burleigh Heads, Queensland, Australia. For the past 7 years she has worked in marketing and customer relation roles and completed a Bachelor of Business majoring in Marketing. Coming from a coastal area she is an avid surfer and skateboarder with a keen interest in photography and graphic design, and a passion for music and fashion.

Meg Johnson

After moving to NYC in 2004 to open her own NYC based designer boutique, Meg knew her love for all things fashion would be a life-long obsession. Major international publications including Vogue, Teen Vogue, and Lucky have featured this style and buying expert in their pages, and Elle's creative director Joe Zee has noted "this girl's impeccable taste." Samana Naqvi

Samana previously served in a brand research and marketing consultancy capacity with high end luxury brand clients, including Tiger J, Alegra Hicks, J Mendel, and Ford (Super Model Competition). Also, Samana helped promote and coordinate various Gen Art fashion and film events in their NY office, some of these included their fashion programs as well as the Gen Art Film Festival. Before making the switch over to fashion, Samana worked for several years in film and new media. Samana loves horseback riding, tennis, squash, and full-body conditioning.

Andrea Gambardella

After moving to NY in 2007 to pursue her love for fashion, Andrea completed her Bachelors Degree in Fashion Merchandising from LIM College. Growing up among three brothers Andrea was always surrounded by sports whether it was watching her beloved Yankees and Jets or playing herself. Once in NYC, Andrea interned with Women's Health Magazine where she got to work with brands such as Lululemon, Oakley and Danskin to name only a few. Some of her favorite activities include running, yoga and hitting the driving range.
